LIVE CLASS: How you fall asleep directly shapes who you are when you wake up and determines how you experience your day. This teaching presents a practical Neville Goddard perspective on nightly preparation: understanding that the state you fall asleep in is the state you impress upon your subconscious, differentiating between wanting something from lack and embodying the identity of the person who already has it, releasing the urge to constantly monitor results, and dwelling in the quiet assurance of the wish fulfilled. You will learn why waking up in the same state perpetuates the same patterns, how to connect with the breathing and physical posture of someone who has already reached their goal, why the subconscious works overnight on whatever state you surrender to it, and how to maintain that conviction upon waking. The video includes a practical bedtime exercise to let go of daily burdens, assume the state of completion through breath, and fall asleep fully embodying this new version of yourself. For structured guidance on shifting internal assumptions, mastering persistence, and living from the state of completion, explore our recommended resource, the 21-Day Self-Observation Program, linked below.Like this video and subscribe to Gnostic Library for more long-form teachings inspired by Neville Goddard.: : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : This interpretation of Neville Goddard's message comes from my own life experience: I’ve spent 25 years exploring, applying, and living his teachings.
