I Work the Night Shift at a Diner. There_s a Customer No One Else Can See

Description
I've been working the graveyard shift at a roadside diner for three years. It's a quiet job. A few truckers, a couple of insomniacs, the occasional late-night traveler. I know the regulars. I know their orders. I know their stories. But there's one customer I don't know. He sits in the corner booth every night, from 2 AM to 4 AM. He orders black coffee and a slice of apple pie. He never eats. He never speaks. And no one else can see him. Not the cook. Not the other waitresses. Not the customers who walk past his booth like it's empty. I didn't believe it at first. But then I made the mistake of asking him his name. And now he's the only one who ever talks to me.

In this episode, we explore a first-person horror story set in the fluorescent-lit loneliness of a 24-hour diner. A night-shift waitress becomes the only person who can see a mysterious customer who appears every night at the same time, orders the same thing, and never leaves. As she begins to unravel the mystery of who he is and what he wants, she realizes that his presence isn't a coincidence. He's been waiting for someone. And now that she's noticed him, he's never going to leave her alone.
