Episode Details

Jeff Stanfield and Andy Shaver are joined by David Schuessler and Jimbo Robinson from Ducks Unlimited, who have come out to The Big Honker Lodge for a dove hunting event.

The guys discuss some of the challenges waterfowl hunters continue to face and take a look at which issues are simply the result of Mother Nature and which may be self-induced. David and Jimbo also share some insight into the breeding habits of waterfowl and the factors that can influence duck populations and the future of waterfowl hunting.

The conversation also turns to a friendly wager surrounding the dove hunt, although the results are anything but conclusive, the guys try to determine who really came out on top.
