Episode Details

The Orlando Magic know that uncertainty is on the horizon throughout much of the roster. They admitted as much publicly.

The next big contract decision in the NBA will be Anthony Black as the team approaches his extension deadline in a few weeks. The Magic and Black both seem to be on good terms and eager to stay together. But the Magic's uncertain salary cap future is hanging over every decision and could force the team to wait until the offseason to retain the promising young guard.

The Magic have also been unusually open with the predicament they are in. Jeff Weltman admitted the team will not be able to stay constructed in the same way as they approach the aprons. It is leading to big decisions for the Magic as the season plays out.

The good news is that there is still a lot of reason to hope. The biggest is Franz Wagner's return and all the things he does that tie the team together.
