Ablative of Manner (Ablativus Modi)
Description
After learning the ablative of means and the ablative of accompaniment, it's time to learn the ablative of manner, or ablativus modi. This is used to answer the question "how?" or "in which manner?" In other words, it describes the way something is done or is taking place. Let's see how it works!
Script by Patrizia Farina, Professor of Italian at Western Connecticut State University and Purchase College.
