En: Mateus and Ana were in São Paulo when the ground started to shake.

Pb: Era primavera, mas o dia estava nublado.
En: It was spring, but the day was overcast.

Pb: Eles estavam longe de qualquer família quando a terra os engoliu.
En: They were far from any family when the earth swallowed them.
