This practice is referred to as a forgiveness practice, but we must first face or distorted understanding of forgiveness. Ho'oponopono ultimately releases trapped energy in our relationships. If we do this work, we learn to truly love others while simultaneously reconnecting with our love and creating capacity for authentic relationships.
