Melbourne is a few days into reopening and it's a juggle of joy (welcoming customers back, facilitating happy reunions, putting food on plates again) and pain (easing laggardly diners out the door, getting heartily sick of masks, wondering why owning a business doesn't pay these days). The pandemic has caused Suzy to reevaluate everything: even though feeding people is still her passion, she wonders how much longer she can stick it out in restaurants.
