What started as a personal comeback story has grown into a purpose-driven food brand now sold in more than 1,200 locations across Canada and the United States. Comeback Snacks is known for bold, craveable flavours, but Emily’s bigger mission is changing the way people think about second chances, entrepreneurship and the power of lived experience.

Through Comeback Snacks and its Comeback Catalyst program, Emily advocates for formerly incarcerated people by creating pathways to employment, entrepreneurship and economic opportunity. The program has supported more than 130 participants across Canada, helping people turn their experiences into something that can move their lives forward.

Emily is also a sought-after keynote speaker who brings humour, honesty and hard-earned lessons to conversations about resilience, leadership, entrepreneurship and overcoming adversity. Her story has been featured by CBC, CTV, Global, VICE, the Toronto Star and other national media.

Whether she’s talking about business, leadership or life after a setback, Emily’s message is simple: your past may be part of your story, but it doesn’t have to write the ending.
