I've been thinking about that moment all month, because as I watched the World Cup unfold across North America, I kept noticing things that had nothing to do with the score. So this video is about three things I learned — about bias, about joy, and about how quickly "them" can become "us." It turns out the world's biggest sporting event might be the world's best mirror.
