General Hospital spoilers for Oct 5-9, 2026 reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) finds himself seemingly framed for the attempted murder of Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). At the same time, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is deeply distressed, although her concern isn't related to the attack on Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). As the week progresses, Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) are pleased with their plan's progress but worry about potential collateral damage.

GH spoilers indicate that Justine Turner faces the difficult decision of whether to arrest Sonny. The situation intensifies when Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) delivers distressing news to Molly Lansing-Davis (currently played by Kristen Vaganos) regarding Scout Cain Quartermaine (Kayden Brenna Tokarski). Sonny seeks answers from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about the Sidwell incident, even though Jason is not involved in any mob-related activities.

Spoilers for General Hospital divulge that Ava and Drew receive a shocking surprise, possibly related to Curtis being unintentionally harmed. Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn) vents his anger by punching Rocco Falceroni (Finn Carr). Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) uses her political connections to aid Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), while Danny and Scout clash over Charlotte Cassadine (formerly Scarlett Fernandez) setting up Danny's father, Drew, to look like a predator. The week wraps up with Jordan receiving life-changing news, possibly related to a procedure with a German doctor who once helped Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) with his facial scars.
