Episode Details

A lot will change for the Orlando Magic with a new coach and a new way of playing. But the Magic are hoping that continuity can help lower part of the learning curve and set the team up to grow quickly.

That has been a hallmark for th Magic. But the adjustment to add Desmond Bane took some time. It was one of the hurdles the Magic struggled to clear last year until Bane found his rhythm.

Entering his second year in Orlando, there is not any of that learning his teammates. He is fully integrated. And that continuity could help the Magic unlock him more and get the most out of him.

Meanwhile, the big change is the Magic learning a new offense and defense. The team is learning the verbiage they need to be successful and get on the same page with their coaches. There is still a lot of work to do this camp.
