Bear Archery’s 2027 bow lineup is HERE — and some of the pricing may surprise you.

In this special episode of the Outdoor Podcast, Tim and Dave sit down with Ryan Shutts from Bear Archery for our annual deep dive into everything new from Bear.

Ryan takes us through the new 2027 Bear Archery lineup, including the brand-new Bear Source flagship bow, the Whitetail NXT, Warrant, new Paramount and Paramount Pro target bows, updates to the Paradigm Pro, and much more.

One of the biggest stories this year is PRICE.

The new Bear Source flagship comes in at $999.99, while still bringing many of Bear’s higher-end features, including the EKO2 cam system, QPC tuning system, multiple stabilizer mounting locations, integrated accessory mounting, vibration dampening and adjustable let-off.

Ryan also explains why Bear is putting such a major emphasis on value, adjustability, shootability and accessibility, continuing what he describes as the “Fred Bear way” of making archery available to more people.

We cover:

The 2027 Bear Source flagship

Why Bear priced its flagship at $999.99

340 FPS, 32" axle-to-axle and EKO2 cam technology

Bear’s Quad Pocket Control tuning system

The new Whitetail NXT

Warrant Ready-to-Hunt bow

Paramount & Paramount Pro target bows

Bear’s return to the competitive/target archery market

Paradigm Pro updates

Ready-to-Hunt and RTH Plus packages

Bow-only vs complete package pricing

New risers, pockets, stabilizer mounting options and vibration control

Bear Archery color and camouflage options

Why Bear continues focusing heavily on bow value

The Whitetail NXT alone offers multiple configurations, including bow-only, Ready-to-Hunt and RTH Plus packages, with pricing discussed in the episode from $729 up to $969 depending on configuration.

Bear also makes a major return to the target world with the Paramount and Paramount Pro, including a 35" axle-to-axle platform and pricing designed to make target archery more approachable.

Whether you already shoot Bear Archery or you're shopping for a new hunting bow for 2027, this episode gives you one of the most detailed looks at what Bear has coming.
