The Tooth Fairy Killer Is Taking Appointments
Published 2 weeks, 6 days ago
Description
A child loses a tooth. A parent places it under the pillow. But in the morning, the tooth is still there—and something else has been left in its place. A note. A warning. An appointment. The Tooth Fairy Killer is not a myth, and he doesn't wait for you to come to him. He comes to you. And once you've been scheduled, there is no cancellation.
In this episode, we explore the terrifying urban legend of the Tooth Fairy Killer—a figure who transforms a childhood tradition into a waking nightmare. We examine the real-life case of Ronald Gene Simmons, a man who murdered his entire family and then went on a killing spree, and whose daughter wrote a chilling story about a "Tooth Fairy" killer in a school assignment just before the murders. We investigate the phenomenon of killers who use children's rituals as their hunting grounds, and the psychology behind turning innocence into terror. And we ask the question that every parent dreads: what happens when the monster under the bed is real—and he knows your child's name?
