Coutinho Signs For Aston Villa. Guest: Graham Hunter
Description
Coutinho has signed for Aston Villa on loan from Barcelona until the end of the season. Villa manager Steven Gerrard played with the skilful Brazilian attacker at Liverpool and described his former team mate as a 'magician'.
Coutinho has generated huge excitement amongst the Villa fanbase and represents an ambitious move for the Midlands club. He joins Villa after a disappointing spell at Barcelona, who signed him for a club record fee of £142 million in 2018.
Frankie is joined by the well-known Spanish football expert Graham Hunter to discuss Coutinho's time in Spain and what he can offer Villa. Graham explains why things didn't really work out for the Brazilian in Spain and how a move to Villa could be exactly what he needs to rejuvenate his career.
