Ascerta, formerly Pay-i, has raised an $18 million Series A led by Dell Technologies Capital with Hitachi Ventures, BGV, Wipro Ventures and earlier investors participating, taking total funding to $22.9 million.
The Bellevue company connects what enterprises spend on AI, how their people use it and which initiatives actually produce business value, across tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Salesforce Agentforce, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and Codex.
Its three products are Atlas for AI value and ROI, Forge for coding-agent productivity and Convoy for organisations that run their own AI capacity.
Customers including Atos, Wipro and global insurance carriers report on average 47% higher ROI on AI initiatives, 24% faster agent launches and 86% less wasted AI spend.
The founders are Microsoft veterans David Tepper, Doron Holan and Erik Winters, with the new round going into scaling the platform and the go-to-market team.
