A Police Gun, an Uber Eats Disguise & Two Missing Men.. JESSE BAIRD & LUKE DAVIES
Published 1 month ago
Description
Former NSW Police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon is on trial in Sydney accused of murdering Jesse Baird, 26, and Luke Davies, 29, inside Baird's Paddington home in February 2024. Prosecutors allege Lamarre-Condon became obsessed with Baird after their relationship ended, disguised himself as an Uber Eats driver and used his police-issued pistol to deliberately kill both men.
The prosecution has presented CCTV, alleged stalking evidence, purchases of surfboard bags and cleaning supplies, and recordings capturing three gunshots. The men's bodies were eventually discovered in surfboard bags in rural Bungonia. Now a jury must decide which version of that morning it believes.
