Prop 4: Allows Public Financing for Political Campaigns
Description
If you want to get elected in this state, it's no secret that you'll need to raise money — in some cases, a lot of money. This could put candidates who don't come from wealthy backgrounds at a disadvantage.
California currently bans public funding for political campaign expenses. Prop. 4 would repeal it.
