Matt and Jenn break down:

• Gary Busey’s Oscar-nominated breakout turn as Buddy Holly, including his live singing, stage presence, and the portrayal of Holly's brief but legendary music career.
• Austin Butler’s magnetic, star-making performance as Elvis Presley vs. Tom Hanks’ polarizing take on Colonel Tom Parker as an unreliable narrator.
• Fact vs. Fiction: How historically accurate are these films really—from the Crickets' legal drama and Buddy Holly's historic Apollo Theater gig to Baz Luhrmann's hyper-stylized vision of the King?
• The Verdict: Which tragic icon advances to the Gone Too Soon division finals to take on La Bamba?
