Episode Details

This Kundalini Sunday Zoom opens with an extended teaching on sex, arousal and celibacy during awakening. Chrism discusses sexual energy as part of Kundalini transformation, the possibility of alternating between sexual union and periods of celibacy, energetic transfer between partners, religious and cultural conditioning around sexuality, emotional balance, heartbreak, forgiveness, and redirecting reproductive energy toward inner transformation.

Later, Chrism gives one of his more detailed accounts of his own Kundalini development towards his awakening/spinal sweep after having it activated since birth: prolonged meditation, pranayama, the Five Tibetans, lucid dreams, subsequent out-of-body experiences, and changes he attributes to awakening. The session also explores group healing, visualization and imagination, Christianity and the Holy Spirit, isolation, Shaktipat, pilgrimage plans, and the distinction he draws between direct Kundalini experience and channeling or mediumship.
