Fans of the iconic horror villain Freddy Krueger will soon have plenty of content to stream just in time for the Halloween season. Beginning on October 1, HBO Max is adding five original movies from the famous franchise, along with the 2010 remake starring Jackie Earle Haley. Viewers can experience how the series evolved from Wes Craven's 1984 classic into elaborate nightmares featuring Robert Englund's legendary performances. In addition to these main entries, the streaming platform is also welcoming the popular crossover Freddy vs. Jason to its spooky lineup. This upcoming rollout gives audiences a convenient opportunity to binge-watch a substantial portion of the iconic slasher series in one place.
