Lindsay Clancy is set to return to court for the first time since her murder trial ended in a mistrial after jurors failed to reach a unanimous verdict. The hearing comes as Clancy's attorneys continue pushing to investigate the lone holdout juror and seek dismissal of the case. Prosecutors have not yet announced whether they will retry Clancy. 

Fresno County leaders and library supporters are raising concerns as county officials explore the possibility of outsourcing management of the Fresno County Public Library system to a private company. County officials say they're reviewing options as they look for ways to manage costs and improve operations.
