Today's biggest winners and losers in the stock market, a look at the notable movers:
On this episode of Stock Movers:

- Nvidia (NVDA) infringes five patents that cover data-center networking products and related technology, a licensing company alleged. PulseLink Systems LLC said Nvidia knew about its asserted patents since at least May, when the patent licensing company sent formal notice letters to Nvidia executives. PulseLink seeks actual, compensatory, exemplary, supplementary, and enhanced damages for alleged willful infringement, as well as costs, expenses, and other fees. Meanwhile, Nvidia is launching the biggest share buyback in US corporate history as the Silicon Valley chipmaker continues to reap huge profits from its perch at the top of the AI supply chain.

- Paramount Skydance (PSKY) has attracted demand more than three times the expected size of its blue-chip bond offering to help fund its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. Investors had placed more than $109 billion of orders for the deal when the books closed Tuesday afternoon, or 3.4 times the amount anticipated to be sold. The US media giant is seeking to raise about $32 billion from the sale, which would be the fifth-largest US high-grade sale on record

- Fair Isaac (FICO) the credit score company known as FICO, fell as much as 29%, the most intraday ever in data back to 1988, after Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte announced a move that makes it easier for lenders to adopt VantageScore. According to analysts, this will increase competition while pressuring FICO’s market share and pricing power.
