That research led to automation for invoice creation, customer follow-ups, document requests, and payment reconciliation. OCTA reports saving Careem more than 110 hours per month and reducing days sales outstanding by 24%. The company now focuses on accounting firms, using accountant testing and human approval for complex or lower-confidence tasks.
