Constable Mia Lay honoured on Police Remembrance Day

Published 1 week ago
Description
National Police Remembrance Day ceremonies across Australia honoured fallen officers, including 20-year-old Constable Mia Lay, who died in a police car crash in Redfern last Friday night. Her name, along with Sergeant Mark Bransgrove who served NSW Police for nearly four decades, was added to the Police Wall of Remembrance in Sydney. Services in Canberra also commemorated Victoria Police officers Neal Thompson and Vadim de Waart-Hottart, who were murdered in Porpunkah while executing a warrant.
