Autoheal has raised a $7.9 million seed round led by Innovation Endeavors, with partner Harpinder Singh joining the board and Emergent Ventures, U&I Ventures, Darkmode Ventures, Batch Ventures and Param Hansa Values participating. The San Francisco company builds a self-improving software factory where AI agents handle incident response, security fixes and AI coding cost control inside a company's own cloud. The healing runs in two directions, with worker agents fixing production problems while an Evaluator agent scores every run and a Healer agent repairs the agents whose performance slips. Nomura cut its mean time to resolve incidents from two hours to 15 minutes with Autoheal, while AvidXchange saves thousands of engineering hours a month. The founders built platforms at Harness, Microsoft Azure, ThoughtSpot and AppDynamics, with plans to train company-specific small models on private engineering data.
