Review last year and life

Set priorities - life areas

Set goals - spread them for balance (life/work examples)

Break them up into achievable steps - spread throughout the year - monthly, quarterly? Add big events like Appraisal

Composite goals - timed 10k runs - composite target

Focus on the process, not goals? Be the person who is fit healthy, runs, and eats well, rather than just aim to get to a weight target - then what?

Habits - One of my favorite books in 2021 was Atomic Habits - 
30 days to make a habit,
how to make a good or bad habit stick - obvious, attractive, easy, satisfying (and breaking a habit - opposite),
goals for direction, systems for achievement,
just turn up at first
