“The wisdom of the company can become perpetual.”
In this Technology Reseller News podcast, Gary Sinderbrand of ArcheMatch discusses how the company is using AI to capture institutional knowledge and turn it into personalized, always-available training and coaching.
ArcheMatch grew out of Sinderbrand’s decades of experience in wealth management. One of its core tools, Ask Archie, was initially developed to help financial advisors learn from a large body of training material, coaching sessions, written content and recorded programs.
The system has since evolved into something much broader.
Ask Archie uses a closed corpus of approved content rather than searching the open internet. It can answer questions conversationally while tailoring responses to the experience level and learning style of the person asking.
That makes the platform potentially relevant well beyond wealth management.
Sinderbrand says the same model can be applied to executive coaching, automotive, healthcare, contact centers and other industries where companies need employees to receive consistent training based on approved internal knowledge.
The AI can also preserve the expertise of experienced employees and trainers even after they leave the organization.
“You can take the best practices, the best training and the company’s culture and make that available twenty-four-seven,” Sinderbrand says.
For large enterprises, another key differentiator is control.
Because the system is built around a closed body of content, organizations can determine exactly what information the AI is allowed to use. If a question falls outside that framework, the system can flag that rather than simply pulling in an answer from the internet.
For MSPs and channel partners, that creates a potential new opportunity around private, enterprise-specific AI training and knowledge systems.
ArcheMatch is now moving into its first enterprise deployments, with Sinderbrand expecting the technology to expand into industries far beyond financial services.
