Description
What happens when you hand your admin over to an AI agent? In this episode, I share my experience using Instinct, a personal AI agent that works through WhatsApp. From organising my podcast material and managing my to-do list to helping with my weekly shop, I explore what it’s like to move from AI that simply answers questions to AI that actually takes action on my behalf.
