In this episode of The Good, The Bad & The Ugly Podcast, Tony Murrell sits down with Peter Licourinos, a British property developer, investor and mentor with more than 25 years of experience in the UK property market.

Peter is known for his work in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), luxury co-living and specialist care accommodation, as well as founding HMO Premier Property Partners and The Storyy Group.

But behind the property deals and business success is a much more personal story.

Peter opens up about struggling with ADHD from a young age, growing up with foster siblings and finding his way into the property industry.

He also shares the story of being diagnosed with a brain tumour, surviving it and dealing with some incredibly dark periods in his life.

We talk about how those experiences affected him, what they taught him about life, and how he eventually found a way to move forward.

Peter also discusses investing in property, his experiences across more than two decades in the industry, the lessons he’s learned along the way and why he decided to write his own book.

It’s an honest conversation about property, ambition, adversity, survival and the experiences that shape who we become.
