For me, The Broken Stone Chronicle continues to be one of the most surprising under-the-radar epic fantasy discoveries I’ve made. Three books in, Damien Black has delivered an enormous, ambitious fantasy story that feels classic in its foundations while still offering modern prose, complexity, and storytelling.
So seriously...
