Bell tones and clappers lock the timekeeping groove while drum-circle polyrhythm and six-drum fills fracture the pulse into something closer to footwork than anything that aired on pirate FM. The bassline cuts through all of it. Punchy, overdriven, Motown-disco in its swagger. UK funky in its flex.
