Hey there! This is Mako, your host on Ore-tachi no Monogatari.

This episode is a full-on nostalgia fest 🏆

Round 1 of the "Ahh, that takes me back..." Championship — where Mako and Ohma bring in the items that hit their generation right in that sweet spot.

Not Pokémon. Not Dragon Ball. Those are still alive and kicking worldwide — they don't give you that feeling. What we're after is the stuff that makes someone go "wait, does anyone else remember this?!" and the other person immediately loses it: "YES. I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN." The generational secret handshake.

What is it that dredges that feeling up from somewhere deep? This episode digs into the nostalgia mechanism itself, wrapped in a whole lot of very silly reminiscing.

Worth a listen...maybe? 😌
