Episode Details

Endgame was re-released in theaters on September 25, 2026, under the title Avengers Endgame: Encore, in anticipation of the sequel Avengers: Doomsday being released in December 2026. The re-release features new footage, a custom introduction, and a new post-credits scene, amounting to two additional minutes. Joe Russo said the re-release was "critically important", believing it was "required viewing" to follow the story of Doomsday. The new footage acts as a narrative bridge between the two films, enhancing the story of Doomsday and showing a natural progression from Endgame.
