Hormozi says confidence never comes before competence. Experience builds the skill, the skill builds the belief.

She bought a company two years back. Close to $10 million, lit on fire. She holds the majority, so walking away isn't an option.

Same decision-making formula bought another company that's crushing it. Bad outcome, good process. She keeps the process.
