In this continuation of The Absolute Truth, Hector Rivera goes deeper into the difference between knowing what God says and actually trusting it enough to live from it. Through the imagery of roots and fruit, he explores how deeply our foundation in Christ affects what grows from our lives—and how fear, insecurity, incomplete understanding, and distorted beliefs can quietly weaken that foundation.
Hector also examines how truth can be manipulated without being completely abandoned. A few missing words, a verse removed from its context, or a biblical statement applied incorrectly can turn something true into something misleading. From the familiar misquoting of Scripture about money to Satan's own use of Scripture during the temptation of Christ, this episode challenges us to stop simply recognizing biblical words and start developing the discernment to understand what they actually mean.
But eventually, truth has to become more than something we agree with.
It has to become something we live.
What do you really believe about what God says about you? Where has fear kept you from acting in faith? And are the beliefs shaping your decisions actually rooted in God's truth—or in a version of the truth that has been incomplete, distorted, or compromised?
Because The Absolute Truth doesn't become less true because our understanding of it is incomplete.
