In this episode I share the intense period when the Supramental Force (SAT Force) began descending and repeatedly pulled me into deep Samadhi — multiple times every day, often for 60–90 minutes at a time.
This was completely different from Kundalini or Shaktipat.

The force came from above, had its own intelligence, and did not negotiate. It would take me at work, on the sofa with the children, or during formal meditation. There was no choice but to surrender.
I describe:
• How the force first appeared after the intensive with Sat Shree

• The two distinct types of Samadhi it produced (Savikalpa and Nirvikalpa)

• What it actually felt like when it entered the system

• How daily life had to rearrange itself around these absorptions

• The deeper purpose of this force on the path
This was one of the most powerful and beautiful phases of the entire journey.
