How A Small Faith Podcast Reached 2.8 Million
Description
2.8 million people heard two memorial services from a small audio-only podcast, and I’m still trying to catch my breath while I say thank you. I recorded this with a voice that’s worn out from celebrating and speaking, but my heart is wide awake with gratitude for what God can do when we stop chasing credit and start giving it. If you care about Christian encouragement, gratitude, and real-life testimony, this one is for you.
We talk about my sister, Lora L. Swarn, and why I chose to honour her memory with a memorial that lifts up Jesus, especially after the hard realities of July 2020 and the isolation many families felt during COVID. I also share a moment I’ll never forget: sitting overwhelmed with grief, preparing to drive when I probably shouldn’t have, and Elder Leonard Davis coming to my car to pray with me. That prayer wasn’t a performance, it was help at the exact second I needed it.
