Most personal trainers don't quit because they stopped loving fitness. They quit
because the hourly rate traps them. Here's how to build an online fitness
coaching business instead.

I never worked a gym floor. I got my certs, started posting content, and went
straight into online personal training with no idea what I was doing. It took
about three years, but it turned into a seven figure business doing six figure
months.

Since then I've spoken to hundreds of personal trainers through The Blueprint,
and the same thing keeps coming up. They love the gym, they love helping people,
and they're burnt out doing 40 to 50 sessions a week with no way to earn more
without working more. Nobody warned them about that part.

This video is the fix. Not a motivational one, a pricing and numbers one.

WHAT'S IN IT

The real trade offs of being a PT. The early starts, no control over your own
time, and an income ceiling that's built into the job whether you like it or not.

Why hourly pricing is the thing keeping you stuck. People don't pay for your
hours, they pay for an outcome and for having a problem taken away. Two clients
with identical workloads can be worth completely different amounts, and until you
price that way you stay capped.

The maths on going part time online. Sell a $2,000 three month offer, get three
clients, that's $6,000 a month. Buy back two days a week and you've got 64 hours
a month to put back into the business.

How to reverse engineer it so it isn't guesswork. Three clients is roughly seven
sales calls. Seven calls is roughly 70 real DM conversations. That's about 25 DMs
a week, and content is what refills the list once you run out of people to
message.

Why you should ignore what other PTs tell you is possible.

If you want to stay in person with a handful of premium clients and no interest
in scaling, that's a completely valid career and you can skip this one. If you're
burnt out and want a way out, start here.
