Hefner, an 11-year-old alpaca who famously sneezed on King Charles, is appearing at the Melbourne Royal Show. The alpaca regularly visits nursing homes, hospices and hospitals, and has raised money for five charities over the past five years, with this year's fundraising dedicated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
