Description
A routine traffic stop escalates when a visibly nervous driver repeatedly refuses officers’ commands to step out of his vehicle and argues over why they want him outside. After police remove him from the car, officers say they discover heroin and cocaine, leading to charges for possession of a controlled substance, resisting or obstructing an officer, and improper lane use.
