Miami is 3-0, leads the country in total offense at 702 yards a game, and went down a spot in the AP poll anyway. Ro, Jenners, Scoop and Toast try to make sense of the drop to No. 6, and most of it comes back to one bad half against Wake Forest. Darian Mensah has 11 touchdowns and zero interceptions, the run defense is holding teams to 45.7 yards a game, and the voters slid Ole Miss ahead of the Canes the minute that game-sealing interception photo hit the internet.

From there it's film talk. The secondary is missing its top three corners, so who holds it down now? Wake Forest stunted Miami's interior line all night, and the young guards took their lumps. Scoop has a pretty simple fix: kick Cantwell back outside to tackle and slide McCoy inside to guard. The general feeling in the room is that Wake did Miami a favor by exposing all of this in a double-digit win.

Also this week, Mario Cristobal's not-quite-a-complaint about Miami being the only team in the country that hasn't played on a Saturday, a surprisingly heated argument over whether penguins have teeth, and Adidas dropping a 2001 tribute video the same week Miami announced it's going back to Nike. Great video. Still a breakup.

Then it's Central Michigan week. The Chippewas are 2-1, Angel Flores leads every quarterback in the country with 312 rushing yards, and they've got the best pass defense in the MAC. The guys set over/unders for Mensah, Mark Fletcher Jr., Jordan Lyle and Flores, give their keys to the game, and take a detour through NC State's end zone disaster and Jimbo Fisher's ACC Network audition. Picks close it out with Texas at Tennessee, Ole Miss at Florida, Oregon at USC and the big question: is anybody taking the Canes to cover 41 and a half? Nobody is.
