Missouri Electric Cooperatives supports organization that helps train service dogs
Published 1 month, 1 week ago
Description
Imagine raising a puppy knowing that, after more than two years of training, that dog could become a service animal that helps someone live a more independent life. That’s the work happening at Retrieving Freedom, a Missouri organization training service dogs for people who need them.
Our partners at Missouri Electric Cooperatives are helping support that mission, and Chris Massman of Missouri Electric Cooperatives and Brandon Butler of Retrieving Freedom join Show Me Today to explain how the partnership is helping these dogs get ready to change lives.
