Bishop Hill Ag Days returns this Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 4, offering a free, family-friendly look at 19th-century harvest life. Todd Dedecker says rain is forcing some layout changes, with several activities moving to higher, drier ground. Steve’s Mobile Petting Zoo will relocate behind the Blacksmith Shop area, while vendors are expected near the Colony Store, with a street closure planned. Visitors can enjoy pioneer demonstrations, food, music from Coffee Creek, Nordic dancing, museum activities, and people movers around town. Updated locations will be posted by the Bishop Hill Heritage Association. Volunteers are also needed Thursday at 10 at the Steeple Building.
