This week Kinzie and Rachael are joined by the one and only Libby — Empowerment Studio's lead marketing strategist, eight-year team member, beloved client, and (per Kinzie) certified "magic human." Libby's been part of the crew since 2018 and finally landed in the studio chair as a guest instead of the one running the show.

The trio traces "fuck confidence" back to its origin story: a January team retreat where Libby, mid-presentation, called out the thing we hear over and over again: "I'd do a boudoir session if I were more confident." And then, exasperatedly, Libby hollered: FUCK CONFIDENCE!!!! You don't wait to feel ready. You do the thing, and confidence shows up after.

But you know how it goes -- we didn't just stick to that one topic. Here's just a taste of what we covered in this conversation:

• The Giggle Butt Chant — Kinzie's signature pose accidentally became a full-room call-and-response at the Empowerment Party, and everyone stopped at the exact same time like it was choreographed. Nobody choreographed it.
• Getting photographed together — Kinzie, Rachael, and Libby all in front of the same lens for a team shoot, and it turns out being photographed is a different kind of tired than photographing. Who knew.
• The Body Scan — that lightning-fast, brutal inventory we all do the second we see a photo of ourselves. Fourteen years behind the camera and Kinzie still isn't immune. Libby offers a reframe worth sitting with: your first thought about a photo isn't the real you — it's instinct. It's the second thought, the one you have to work for, that actually tells the truth.
• The bigger picture — how the same energy we burn hating ourselves is energy we're not spending on the stuff that actually needs fixing. Fuck the systems, love the people.
