Without knowing what’s in the glass, Charlie tastes and rates each bourbon on its nose, palate, finish, and value. He also takes his best shot at identifying the proof and price of each pour before the bottles are revealed. With three high-proof bourbons in the lineup, will the scores match the reputation—or will tasting blind produce a surprise?
