Description
We are BACK after our looooong work break and have an "old school" classic for you, 1958's "Monster on the Campus", one of Dave's childhood favorites!
“Coelocanth Cooler” cocktail
2 oz simple syrup
8 oz coconut water
3 oz coconut rum
1 or 2 coarse ground mint leaves
1 tsp shredded coconut
splash of Grenadine
In shaker, muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and coconut rum
Add ice and coconut water, shake until chilled, strain into Collins Glass
Sprinkle with shredded coconut and add a drop or two of Grenadine on top to simulate blood . . .
