Ep. 560: A Revitalized Federalism?

Description
California Gov. Gavin Newsome has threatened to block the feds from interfering in State gun control legislation by the same means Texas used with its "Heartbeat Bill." This was done to own the "wing nuts" on the right, but I find his terms acceptable. I also support Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's efforts to shield Texas Guard unites from federal mandates. In both cases, federalism wins.
