Description
A worship leader accused of murdering his wife while their daughters slept down the hall. A megachurch pastor facing federal charges for allegedly terrorizing his estranged wife for two years before she died. Two men who stood on stages and told audiences they were devoted husbands. Two investigations that allege they were something else entirely. Caleb Flynn is on trial in Miami County, Ohio, for the aggravated murder of Ashley Flynn, 37. Prosecutors allege he shot her twice in the head on February 16, 2026, staged their Tipp City home to look like a burglary, and called 911 with a story that fell apart before investigators left the scene.
He was arrested in 82 hours and indicted on 11 charges including aggravated murder, felonious assault, and witness intimidation. His alleged mistress and daughters are on the witness list. His bond is $3.5 million.
John-Paul Miller is charged with federal cyberstalking and making false statements. The indictment alleges he tracked Mica Miller's car, called her 50-plus times in a single day, and posted intimate images without her consent. Mica died at Lumber River State Park on April 27, 2024.
Her death was ruled a suicide. His trial is set for October 2026.
