Nolan Wells: PROTEST THE DA’S OFFICE😡 SOMEONE MUST BE GUILTY‼️

Jackson County District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath has announced that a grand jury unanimously returned a “no true bill” in investigation of Nolan Xavier Wells, meaning the grand jury declined to indict anyone in connection with Nolan’s passing.
The announcement exploded online Monday night, but I am not shocked or surprised. We expected this possibility. We are prepared, we are ready, and this will NOT deter me, you, or anyone else demanding answers and justice for Nolan Xavier Wells.
DA McIlrath also released a video statement, and today I’m breaking it ALL down. In my view, much of her statement appeared focused on challenging the narrative presented by Nolan’s family and legal team, including attorney Benjamin Crump and Nolan’s parents, Christine and Elmore Wonsley.
McIlrath made several major claims. She said Nolan chose to remain on Horn Island. She addressed communications involving Crump’s legal team and prosecutors, the private forensic examination of Nolan’s cellphone, findings concerning whether information had been deleted from the phone, and Dr. Roger Mitchell’s continued work surrounding Nolan’s independent autopsy.
But there are still major questions, and Benjamin Crump’s team has previously disputed the DA’s characterization of the family’s cooperation, including what was agreed upon regarding the joint forensic examination of Nolan’s phone.
Crump issued a statement following the grand jury announcement, and I’m going through the inconsistencies and unanswered questions surrounding these competing accounts. Crump has also announced a press conference for today, September 22, at 12 PM.
A “no true bill” does not mean this conversation is over. We’re going through the DA’s statements, the grand jury findings, the phone evidence, the independent autopsy and everything that comes next in the fight for answers about what happened to Nolan Xavier Wells.
